Service rules change. This is the dated record of when we verified and revised the dataset.
- All 50 states + DC + federal
Initial full verification pass. Compiled who-may-serve, licensing status, service deadline, sheriff/marshal route, UIDDA adoption, and the Rule 4 equivalent citation for every jurisdiction, each linked to a primary source. Fields that could not be primary-source-confirmed (a handful of deadlines and citation URLs) are flagged as unverified on each state page and on the source manifest.
